PRESERVATION

PRESERVATION® is a patented food product made from a variety of the Barbary fig, Opuntia ficus indica.

PRESERVATION® is obtained from the total extract of part of the fruit (TEX-OE). Like animals, vascular plants can produce messenger substances that are able to transmit the information to transcribe the stress or shock chaperone proteins, known as the Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs). Biologists have used these proteins to demonstrate that cells are protected when they are exposed to chemical, physical, disease-related or other forms of stress. In mammals, the levels of HSPs in the blood usually rise about 2 hours after the exposure to stress or aggression begins.

PRESERVATION® accelerates the appearance of these stress proteins following an aggression. The blood levels of HSPs double in less than 30 minutes. This speeds up the repair process fourfold.
Consequently, there are fewer sequelae and therefore less tiredness. By repairing our tissues more quickly, the cascade of harmful reactions is brought to a halt. The consumption of HPS is reduced, and they remain present at high levels, thus making the body ready to cope with any further aggressions for the next 3 days.

COMPOSITION OF A CAPSULE

Dietary extract of the Barbary fig, Opuntia ficus indica (TEX-OE™) corresponding to the biological activity of a standard of 100 g of fresh fruit.
Ingredients : Maize oil from non-transgenic plants (GM-free), dietary extract of Opuntia ficus indica (TEX-OE™).
Technological additive : Gelatin of marine origin (fish).

  • whenever damage has been caused by the weather, changes in temperature or pressure, toxic substances (alcohol, medications, narcotics), changes in the concentration of some physiological substances of present in the diet, such as sugars and salts.

PRESERVATION® is a response to the aging process; it acts by stimulating the presence of the HSPs which repair the damaged proteins.
If PRESERVATION® is taken correctly, it maintains an effective level of HSPs for 48 to 72h.
Two to four capsules taken as a single dose, depending on the body weight (1 capsule per 30 kg body weight) every 2 or 3 days, depending on the extent of the repairs required. This dietary preparation should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet.
NOTE: an interval should be allowed between taking the product and eating meals or any food of plant origin, i.e. one hour before or 3 hours after eating any food of plant origin; otherwise the TEX-OE ™ extract would be bound to cellulose, which would render it ineffective. To the best of our current knowledge, no adverse events have been reported in connection with consuming PRESERVATION® in the diet.
